Vasco Consult acquires DATAMO

Vasco Consult is acquiring data specialist company Datamo effective March 1, 2025.

Reporting and data analysis are highly demanded services in a world increasingly driven by information and data. In recent years, Vasco Consult has invested in these areas of expertise by setting up a Data Competence Center in Portugal. With our team of data specialists, we help many of our clients solve their data issues. The expansion of this team with the data experts from Datamo gives us the opportunity to help more clients.

Vasco Consult has had a good cooperation with Datamo's data specialists for years. Customers are satisfied with the bundling of data expertise on site and our knowledge in the field of process improvement. It is great that with the acquisition of Datamo this success is guaranteed in the future.

The management of Vasco Consult has submitted a request for advice to the Works Council. This has in the meantime been approved.
